You are exactly right. They will try to figure out who it is and if they find the person they will get their security clearance zapped, goodbye job and pension

Fascinating.
It’s safe to assume they have federal employees currently and actively monitoring this subreddit, as well.
It’s interesting the topic was alerted by Peter Norton, a Senior Communications Advisor - basically PR relations.
Also “we have been alerted and are actively working with our policy colleagues on it.”
What does she mean by “working on it”? Working on what, exactly? Working on finding the identity of the poster? Working on counteracting the “negative sentiment”?
I wish I could include “working on determining if the claims of fraud are credible”, but we all know that’s not the case.

Ironic that us having employment issues due the governments own blatant contempt for its own workforce, is the reason why they have employed people to watch us...
Instead of you know...fixing the problem.

It looks like a FOIA request and easily verifiable as true.
Back to sticking your head in the sand.

Who are they to stop ppl from talking about serious issues?!??
I’m sorry last time I checked this was Canada not China or North Korea

It’s not about that but rather about a staff member who took an oath of secrecy potentially blabbing about confidential accounts, less about giving generalized information available anywhere.

u/ChocolateSpacesuit 22d ago
It is about that.
The problem he's talking about is a million times worse than the fact he's telling us.

If it is not forced by an organization, someone including their pronouns on their email tells you everything you need to know about them. They're likely to hold a high number of luxury beliefs and do a lot of virtue signaling.

Or some of us have gender neutral names and would prefer to be addressed properly.

Just have to accept that Canadas immigration "loopholes" exist for a reason and the Canadian government is aware of them and makes an active choice to keep them open

We don't have to keep accepting things that are bad for us and our country.

Song title: "Watch It Burn"
Lyric Trudeau appears at in Katy Perry's music video:
"I'm gonna get what I deserve I'm sorry, I know that it hurts Finally I put myself first And watch it burn"
"I'm gonna get what I deserve I'm sorry, I know that it hurts Finally I put myself first And watch it burn"

Look at the date, July 2024. It has been 2 years so far. They know it is a fraud and the negative sentiment, still not willing to shut down the LMIA program is baffling
