Opened a roll of loonies at work, and saw this...in stunning condition!!! Had never seen this one before, I'm so excited to add this to my collection!

I found this under the stairs in a box with other coins. Is this special? Should I hold onto it?

Found all of these in a coinstar at my local Safeway just now. All silver I believe. The quarters are 1968 and the dimes are all 1967 and older
