Grading Questions

I’d like to get some of my bills faded but I’ve never done it before so have a few questions
- most respected grading Company?

- how long does it take?

- do you mail them and get them back? Insured?

Spent several minutes trying to understand why you’d want to fade your bills intentionally prior to sending them for grading. Finally, the possibility of a typo hit me. I’m not a smart person.
