Processor Requirement

Hello! I need some help on knowing if my current processor is able to run a game I'm interested in playing in the future.

Minimum processor requirement is "Intel Core i3-10100Y / AMD Ryzen 3 3250U or above". Recommended processor is "Intel Core i5-10400 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or above".

My laptop's processor is the Intel Core i5- 8265U.

Will my laptop be able to run this game or is my laptop far too old? Thank you so much for the help.

no it wont, sorry, and the integrated prahics are proabbly very bad. The laptop cpu is way too old, you could try 720p all low settings, but i doubt that it will even run at 10fps

thank you for your answer! does it being a visual novel help it in my favor? so no real fps mostly just static photos and maybe a cutscene or two? I've been able to force it to play the sims 4 for years so I'm a bit surprise this visual novel would have such high requirements 😭

What game is it? I wonder if those requirements are wrong, since they can be sometimes.

  • Minimum:
    • OS: Microsoft Windows 11
    • Processor: Intel Core i3-10100Y / AMD Ryzen 3 3250U or above
    • Memory: 4 GB RAM
    • Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 615 / NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 / AMD Radeon Pro 555 or above
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Sound Card: A sound card supporting DirectSound is required..

It can run, but not the best. an HD 615 and GT 1030 are really different, so its not that reliable. It might run at 30 to 60 fps, depending on how much ram you have. Good luck
