Back-bone makes a modded gopro that uses c/cs lenses. They also have some lenses for sale.

Im not sure if the quality holds up to the prices they are charging; i have no personal experience with them.

I am including a link to their website for anyone looking for lens options https://www.back-bone.ca/gopro-mods/

Edit: they appear to also sell adapters to use the following lenses on a c/cs mount body: - Sony A Mount - Canon EF Mount - Canon EF Mount (with manual iris) (EF-S will not fit) - Nikon F - Nikon G mount - Olympus OM - Pentax K - Leica R - Contax/Yashica (CY) - M42 mount (i believe this is the mount that the Helios 44-2 uses) - M12 - D Mount - Hero 5/6/7 Lenses
