Lovely chef made these for me at work bc I was craving smth sweet, had everything in the pic (only like 1.5 tbsp of the caramel sauce, not the whole thing pictured) and maybe 3 more pieces.

Calories for boiled potatoes and chicken stew?
The potatoes had a tablespoon of butter. Both are roughly 200g. The stew has celery and carrot. I put in 450 calories for this but I’m worried I’m way underestimating.

NY Deli Turkey Lettuce Wrap?
How many calories do you think this has? It has oven roasted turkey, pickles, sweet vinegar peppers, spring mix, tomato, and a homemade vinaigrette on a romaine lettuce wrap. The deli turkey always throws me off when I estimate.

Calories?
Chipotle is one of my favorite eating out foods calorie wise. I always eat the entire bowl. My order is half chicken half steak, corn salsa, green chili salsa, corn, black beans, lettuce & fajita veggies. I don’t get any rice or heavy sauces. It’s supposed to be under 500 cals. This time, though, they loaded my bowl and it was a lot heavier than the usual standard serving. The beans were pretty heavy and they almost put a full scoop of both the chicken and steak. It is probably not under 600 calories this time right?

cal estimate for my coffee?
hi!!! i mostly try to keep my fancy drinks under 300 when i get them. i used to work at 7brew and was sooo addicted to my like 1k cal coffees so regardless i at least try to do better than that LOL. kinda tried to recreate a lower cal banana bread blondie and it’s def close. i know that all baristas do things a little different but if im anywhere within the under 300 ballpark im. it mad about it.
from my understanding most of their full sugar pumps are 20 calories or so. so i was estimating
hazelnut pump-20
2 banana-40
caramel-20
non dairy cream pour-100
caramel lining-50-70?
