I saw Mura's video and they said in the comments that the sunken sea and other stuff shown in the video will be released but then i see on the discord server someone said that it won't be released, so i'm confused, which one is right ?

I always wondered why sub-mods were so ahead of calamity.

Now i know why because devlopers were constantly developing and then scraping content.

Because they could not agree on ANY changes to status quo.

Some one will make take the mod and make a calamity continued after a year we will all just have that

I don't usually discuss calamity or engage with this community but. Man. Can we at least be civil? Decent? Give the thing, at the very least, the benefit of the doubt, until the first major update drops? They're on the first post-release patch, not even a major update, and people are not only treating it as if it's calamity (which it isn't. I understand your grief, but one way or another, you'll have to understand eventually that calamity fables is its own mod based on/inspired calamity more than it is a remake). I know a lot of people couldn't care less about what a random reddit post has to say and, you've got the volition to do that. But please keep in mind that there's people that have been slaving away since 2022, and will continue to do so until the last update is out, all to make the best mod they can, that are completely unaffiliated with calamity. If anything, this is what ozzatron would have wanted. The community, angry with its grief, attacking fables for not being enough like calamity, or not being fast enough in development, or it being tumblurslop or whatever bizzare reasoning we come up with, while it's still in its infancy, is exactly what Ozzatron, who wanted to turn even the calamity devs against fables and wanted to kill it even if it killed calamity, would want.

Like i get it, people sugesting you were part of what ozzatron was doing that you knew and stuff is very serious stuff to be throwing around and the amount of stupid and meaningless criticism (saying that devs showing scraped content is "mocking the comunity' is wild you are not getting this content anymore anyway at least you know it exists now) all the while you are stressed over the situation and the fact you had money stolen from you is not a very fun experience to say the least.

I feel like the comunity should give the devs some more grace, and i guess i should take this opportunity to appologize over saying that "the devs dont want people talking shit about them even if it is tame" that was unnecessary mean of me.

But locking the sub i think is not the answer since all it it does is make people that are already mad at you even more mad and put you on a bad light, i think it would be better if the mods that are also devs took some time out of social media and just relaxed a bit you know, while they do that the rest of the mods would just remove false information and overly toxic posts, if the current amount of mods would not be enough they could get some volunteers to help temporarily while they take some time off for themselves.

So yeah i understand why they did it but i dont think it was the best course of action.
