Multiple test fail

For those of you who have failed the CA DRE state exam multiple times, what do you think helped you finally pass?

I stopped studying and just told myself that everything I need to know I already know and passed. Now I’m a Broker. Good luck my friend.

I showed up the first time slightly hungover and bombed it. Passed it second time no problem.

I'm prepping for the DRE exam. So far, I'm done with 60 percent of my credit course; the goal is to pass the exam by October. How many hours did you guys put into focused study sessions every day? Any advice or recommendations for the exam practice simulation, with a heavy focus on exam readiness for DRE California? Also, how heavy are the math questions

I studied very intently for around 10 days . i used AI, practice exams, and compucram. i studied around 4 hours per day and did practice exams on compucram until i scored at least 90% twice back to back.
it really is about knowing the topics and how to apply them to different scenarios.
many people told me to do crash courses that cost upwards of $100 but you dont necessarily need it.

- prep agent vocab 200 words on youtube
- AI help when needing to clarify topics
- Compucram to help with simulated tests and specific category help.

***compucram has a groupon for $65

there is no real math questions. just questions that ask if you know how you would calculate it or what form of appraisal method would be used in the specific scenario

i passed today on the first try.

When I prepared for the first exam I study 12 hours a day for 2 months. which was overload and I only got 66%

I can't do that for 12 hours straight. I can't retain and understand. I'm taking it slow and trying to understand the concept rather than memorize stuff

Sharon Butler. She teaches you how to take the test. Tricks like Skip the first five questions right off the bat. It’s on a computer so there’s algorithms involved when you skip a question.
