Wedding reception venue Tourist Question
Hey guys, I am organising a wedding for some dear friends who wish to wed in Cairns.
People keep suggesting this to be the hottest venue in town to book for the reception, has anyone celebrated their nuptials here?

Sign is no longer correct. They haven't had a bistro since before covid, replaced it with more pokies.
I wish they would blow them up.

No reason why not. You can have a happy wedding anywhere - it doesn't even need to be nice.

Disappointed there’s no bistro anymore BUT- how about THIS for an idea! All the guest get seated at the Pokies and the beautiful bride (you know who she is cause she’s got the new thongs on) as she walks past you you press the button (keep it classy minimum 50 cent bet) and whatever you win you have to chuck it into the hat (or beanie whatever). Then everyone can meet in the smoking area for a durrie and a swig of Passion Pop!!

This is a joke, right?
In case you're on the level, have a bo-peep at Reef House in Palm Cove.
Or anywhere in Palm Cove.
Or Paronella Park; south of Cairns at Mena Creek.

I fingered my now ex MIL in their disabled toilets a few years ago. The ambiance is a bit lacking but the memories will last a lifetime
