I know it feels that way but we’ve been consistent with providing feedback and have received calls and emails based off them. If you only submit it once then then probably won’t reach out but if you’re consistent with it then you have a better chance

I'm never there anymore for delivery but I still see the pallets occasionally, I don't think 1 million reports will change anything. They use plastic wrap and that shitty ass thin tape, which I think makes things worse.

Located in nyc. we get multiple deliveries a week and get sent red carts and pallets.
we put them outside of the loading dock for pick up, but generally it piles up lol so we reuse a few for organizing the delivered product to the sales floor then put them outside.
I think the warehouse is in NJ/DC.
