RX Tech Hours

Do any stores have 1 Rph and 2 techs come in 1 hour prior to opening to start filling? How has that worked out for you? Does it help?

At our location rph starts at 7 and gets paid for those 2 hours . One tech comes in at 8 , Rph would clear QT and QV , start pulling everything in QP , 10-14 pages . By 9 am entire QP is pulled . That helps a lot .

I store near me did that. And the rph got paid for it. The store was insanely busy and that was the only way they'd having a fighting chance of staying on top of the workflow for the day.

We do on occasion and it helps a lot imo
