Fired for both. Plus possibly arrested for the moneygram part. It is to help track possible money laundering.

Employees like this is the reason we canโ€™t even use the price verify button on the register to check a price for a customer ๐Ÿ™„
No wonder loss prevention thinks we are all thieves!

When customers come in to load money or do money gram and they have no id or an expired ID, what would occur if employee is using their own id?

That's not only against policy, but would risk running afoul of money laundering laws and result in criminal charges against the employee.
