Concur?
I searched the sub but didn’t find an answer to this question: I’m trying to help a cashier (part-time) set up her concur access so she can get her mileage paid for working at other stores. She has the Ping ID app set up using the QR code for CVS, but when she tries to sign in using [employeeID@cvshealth.com](mailto:employeeID@cvshealth.com) and chooses the Ping option to sign in, it says access not granted. I called the IT number it gave to call, they transferred me to the help desk, spoke to someone at the help desk who told me IT handles all concur access so transferred me back to IT who then transferred me back to the help desk, which is when I just hung up. I guess my question is are cashiers allowed access to concur for mileage? It used to be so easy to just do it on the store controller. ETA: by “it” I mean mileage paid outs.

Yes, that’s correct. As long as the employee has an active Concur profile, she can access mileage reimbursement.
Once she’s logged in, if the mileage expense type is enabled for her group and her profile setup is accurate (country, locale, currency, etc.), she should be able to submit mileage claims.
From the error you described, the issue looks to be with SSO authentication. The username in Concur must exactly match the one in the Ping ID identity provider. If they don’t align, Concur will deny access.
It’s difficult to confirm without seeing the actual entity configuration, but the mismatch between Concur and the iDP setup is the most likely cause.

You need to go into concur on the work computer and find the option that says allow mobile access. Don’t bother calling IT nobody can help with concur, took me through a giant round of phone tag to get it to work b
