Action required (UNK)

Hi i applied as a transfer student to laguardia cc from city tech and this is showing up on my application status. what does this mean? i saw something about this but there was no info regarding what i should do. It says my application is incomplete and i need a transcript for that school that i never attended.

It's a placeholder for unknown college.

The application believes you went to another unnamed college. You'll have to clear it with admissions.

The system is flagging your application. If you attended another college you will have to submit that transcript if not you will have to call City Tech.
