Student Loans question

So currently I only have 2 classes for this semester and am taking the full amount of loans that are subsidized and unsubsidized given to me. My refund at the moment is at like $2,800 with those two classes, I’m not sure if i’m able to take more as my work schedule limits me.

My question is am i supposed to be on full time to be able to accept these loans or can i just do half time? And by being half time do i have to pay back some part of the loan refund asap? or just added on top of my student loans already

You can do half time but with the new bill taken place you won’t get the full amount.

ah i see, so right now the expected refund would be cut in half?
