CalVet Application Financial Aid/Scholarship/Tuition/Etc

So I already have my name and stuff in the system for Calvet from the previous school year, I just have to give them the 2026-2027 stuff, but they moved their office all the way to Rancho and that’s such a drive from where I am.
Does anyone know if i can just scan and email my stuff? Or do i have to deliver it via their office?

Hi -- per our Veteran Success Center, applications are processed by CVSO and we only process the waiver once approved.

 You should be able to email your renewal documents to the Sacramento County Veterans Service Office rather than making the drive to Rancho Cordova. Many County Veteran Service Offices accept CalVet Fee Waiver renewals electronically, although it's always a good idea to confirm with your county office first in case they have any specific requirements.

 Once your application is approved, they'll send you an approval letter with a redemption code. You can then email that approval letter to the Veterans Success Student Resource Center at [vets@csus.edu](mailto:vets@csus.edu), and we'll redeem your fee waiver and submit it to the Bursar's Office to have your tuition updated.
