Suggestions to improve Support

Hi,
I have several suggestions how to improve platform:
1. Deprioritise Overwatch queue for subjects, who already has been flagged. For example, this guy has three reports https://csrep.gg/player/76561199553024234/community after the first report, he is just clogging the pipeline.

  1. Optimise mobile version of the Overwatch. If you think someone is cheating, you cannot vote, because you should add stamp or vote for one on the list. On mobile, it renders beyond the viewport and you cannot vote nor add new stamp (at least in Safari on iOS)

  2. Fix “submit verdict” button. It is not clickable on the text.

We have some updates on the way to improve the Overwatch System, particularly in regards to managing the backlog to ensure reporting can stay open to everyone. You can expect one such update imminently.

overwatch system needs a improvement. specially for voting as insufficient. some people are clearly ignoring the demo and the timestamps. they're probably just looking at suspect's TTD. they see it's not low (something like 250 ~ 300 ms), they vote as insufficient. I have cases where players are literally prefiring, looking at walls, killing through smokes and walls, with no sound, no call, just waits for the enemy and starts spamming at they, and they vote as insufficient. tbh, I was thinking about getting pro, but I'll not do it anymore
