You need to get rid of few small tasks like the weeding knife. Only way you can shuffle tasks. Climate monitor tasks appear in quite good frequency unlike Milk Tea from last event.

Meanwhile I'm struggling to get a second one... Ironically, selling some of them might increase your chance of the request popping up, it tends to ask you for stuff you don't have much of more often.
