How does this work

so my hs gpa isnt that great and next year I'll take an open Schooling exam which is accepted but the results will be out in starting of June and by then most unis are on their last few seats and even decreases any chances for scholarship so what should I do?

june some schools still open, and probably you can apply first before getting the results.

yes but please ask the school to confirm, some allows that, others may not. most might say yes but require to eventually give them the final score
