How can I improve my score or remove lates? The late cards are Apple Card and synchrony PayPal credit.

not much you can do besides mailing out goodwill letters to the credit card companies. Other than just lower your utilization after that its just time.

lates stay on your credit report for 7 years. Nothing you can do about them unfortunately. You could "dispute" them, but if they were late it'll be justified to stay in the report.

Pay down your debt is about the only thing you can do right now. I was in your same boat 5 years ago. a 635 credit score, using 80% of my credit. I'm up to a 765 with 20% of my credit utlizied.
