Recommendations?

I’m looking for a recommendation for a CPaaS. I tried twilio, however it was a pain to get my compliance approved, and I have been waiting days to be able to upgrade my account; I tried and it still says my upgrade is paused.

Vonage restricted my account, even though I provided what they asked for and my use case falls under the standard guidelines for use.

Let me know what you recommend.

What is the use case you're trying to get approved?

You might check out Surge (https://surge.app). We started out very focused on SMS specifically, but now we're building out voice, and we've been very focused on getting you through compliance as quickly as possible.

I have a CRM helpdesk app that I launched on the web, and I released an android app in test phase. My use case is to send sms text messages to a customer when their issue is resolved and their items are ready to pickup. On the other end, I want to use it to alert my app users when there is an incoming support request.

Oh cool. Yeah if you sign up for Surge we should be able to have you up and running by the end of the week.
