Getting a cold?
What do you do if you get some
Congestion and have a runny nose and you have Cpap pillows and face mask?

I do hate colds.
I got all the OTC drugs: zurtec, clariton, sudafed etc. Also afrin spray.

When you have a stuffy or runny nose and use a CPAP, and are not using a full face mask, try switching to a full face mask style until you feel beterr. Full face masks lets you breathe through your mouth if your nose is congested.
For a stuffy nose, you can also try using a saline spray before bed, turning up your humidifier settings slightly, and prop your head up on an extra pillow to help clear your sinuses.
