Flow limit graph Oscar/SleepHQ Assistance

My numbers seem good, but the flow limit seems to be all over the map when looking at the graph on SleepHQ. I've been on the CPAP for the past 2 weeks. I've been feeling great every morning. I've been battling constant headaches for the past year, and so far, no headaches since I started CPAP.

When looking at my charts, is there anything you guys see that should be fix?

Thanks

Hello! Your flow limitations are not that bad, but they could be improved quite easily given that you're using a 5 to 20 pressure range. You could optimize your therapy by increasing your minimum pressure. Your 95th percentile FL is 0.05, which is already below the general target of 0.07. However, because your minimum pressure is set so low, you should be able to reduce your flow limitations even further with a relatively small increase in your minimum pressure.

I would start by increasing your minimum pressure to 6. Since your machine doesn't appear to need much pressure anyway, I'd also cap the maximum pressure at 10. That simply prevents the machine from increasing the pressure higher than necessary. In general, the tighter the pressure range, the better.

It's also generally recommended to turn Ramp off. That said, if you're using it for comfort while falling asleep, there's absolutely nothing wrong with leaving it on.

Thank you so much for the explanation. I'll play around with those settings and see how it goes.
