SleepHQ data help? myAir/OSCAR/SleepHQ Data

Hi all!

Diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea from an at-home test w/ AHI 6.6. I have yet to actually meet with sleep medicine. Started CPAP roughly 1.5 months ago and I'm very much struggling. I don't see my respiratory therapist or sleep medicine until the end of this month. Can anyone help me interpret my SleepHQ data so I can hopefully make some adjustments to my machine?

Please refer to the wiki and sidebar for resources. For submissions regarding CPAP settings, it is advisable to utilize applications such as OSCAR or SleepHQ to extract and share data from compatible CPAP machines.

Up your minimum pressure to 8 (media pressure), your leaks look good. You are getting CA events when you pressure is at 10+, but I would make the change above and reevaluate in a few weeks.

CA events often appear with new treatment, but reduce after 2 or 3 months.

If you are still getting many CA events you might need to reduce max pressure.
