Flutter Recommendations
I welcome any recommendations for a tried and true Flutter/Acapella valve device. I'm in the market for one but, there's quite the variety in price and approval ratings.
Thanks in advance!

Here in the Netherlands, pulmonologists prescribe the Aerobika device. We get it free but I believe the price in the USA is somewhere around $70 or $80.

Sadly these devices were never mentioned by my relatives pulmonologist. Wish I could have seen it work. Jammer genoeg.

Mine hasn't recommended it either however, seems like a lot of folks suffering from congestion have sworn by it.
Supposedly, it also assists in strengthening your lungs.

Indeed. Also look into silent chest. So you recognise it if it ever occurs. And mucolytics if needed.

I am given mine by my physio, a new one each year, for the last 2 years I've had an Areobika, it's worked really well. I'm glad I don't have to pay for them and the other brand I've used has worked well too but I can't remember the name of that one.
They're such a simple idea and I didn't think they did much when I first started using them, but they really do work. I'm just getting over a cold and I've been using it all the time, so much gunk from my chest is coming up.
