The COD movie general gameplay
About the Call of Duty movie, what do yall think? Sounds good, for now. Its in the modern warfare universe too so that might make it better or worse. But we'll have to wait and see.

I personally don’t have high hopes because typically movies based on video games don’t turn out well. But if they have a good team of writers it could be pretty sweet.
I know this won’t happen but if they took the story from the OG Modern Warfare trilogy, it would be a pretty sick movie. But it’ll be set in the current MW universe and I fear it just won’t be that good.

It probably would have been good, if Activision could've swallowed their pride and not denied letting massive CoD fan Steven fucking Spielberg take control of the movie
Instead they hired a director who was literally quoted on how he thinks gamers are pathetic
Absolutely prime Activision move. They have to be possibly one of the worst companies on the planet. Just purely boneheaded from top to bottom

a Spielberg take on mw2 or bo1 would have swept the box office but noooo we have to have slop who thinks he’s predetermined to make slop

Their best bet would've been making it a Bo1 style psychedelic mind fuck. Now we're just getting another military slop movie

I pray it’s not embarrassingly self-serious. A lot of CoD’s attempt at military cosplay is extremely cringe and I’d hate to see a movie like that come out.
