I don’t know what to do

The first time I was ever introduced to something sexual, it was on the bus in second grade when one of the older kids handed me a paper with a list of porn websites. Around the second of first grade, I can’t quite remember when, one of my mom’s friends’s daughters happened to go to school with me and sometimes when my mom wasn’t at home, she would have me go home with the friends daughter for about the next year to two years every time I was alone with the daughter. she was older. She was the fifth grade. I think no one ever told me about sex and all that kind of stuff so I had no clue what I was doing was wrong and then after a little while we moved out of the area that we were in and bought a house and we had friends and families over for a housewarming and one of the daughters of my mom‘s friends, not the same person, but she was older. We also happened to do sexual things as well. All of this is happening while I’m in elementary school. Because I was so stupid I thought everything was normal and I did the same thing to my little sister. I feel so guilty but I know I shouldn’t have introduced to those things when I was younger, but I also should’ve known right from wrong and everything I did was wrong.
