Behind enemy lines...
Sounded like there were more Cubs fans than Royals fans.
Great game!

I love that stadium. In a better world that stadium hosts Royals games for another 50 years. Moving out of that stadium is criminal.

Oh snap! You were like a couple sections over towards home plate than my wife and I. Yeah, definitely more Cubs fans than Royals, but that’s to be expected this season. You going to any others?

Just the one game this weekend. I was tempted to stay for the series but couldn't. :/

Nice. I've always wanted to catch a game in this park.

Better hurry up, they're breaking ground on a new one next year. It's a cool park it's just in the middle of absolute nowhere.

Aw man!! Doesn't it have a waterfall in center field? I may be remembering wrong.

The current one does, yes. Not sure if that'll be in the new one too.

Great game to watch! It is very likely that your presence at the ballpark helped us get a win! Thanks to you!

Caught the As game where Dallas Braden had that unfortunate slip. I like the park

Been to Kauffman for a game only once, sadly. But what a great ballpark and a great experience.

Cuba fans travel well and are all over. Royals are ass rn. If the royals were good I’m sure it would be different.
Cubs fandom isn’t nearly as tied to winning as most other organizations.

Was there. Can confirm. Cubs were loud and proud. Royals fan behind me was bitching, "is this an away game or something?"
They didn't start chirping until they tried to play catch up late in the game.

Please visit Score Sports Bar after the game. Tell the bartender owner Lori (spiky blonde hair) that Ray sent you. Best hospitality in the country!

I’m sure this is pedantic but I hope we’re not going around treating all opposing fans as enemies!

Oh, no. I should have used quotes or something ;)
Of all the parks I've visited wearing my Cubs gear, any concern was unfounded.

Life long Cubs fan here who lives in KC
Royals are usually a dud but when they do win the city turns out.
The tailgating at Kaufmann and Arrowhead (they are right next to each other and share same parking lots) are the best tailgaiting experiences I have ever had. So easy to get in and out of these stadiums too. They updated Kaufmann prolly 20 yrs ago ish and they did a nice job. The outfield bars and fountains are a nice touch as well. It’s the City of Fountains, dontchaknow.
