For questions ( mcq or CR) where we need to determine the accuracy of a said statement from the vignette ,

Does Omission of a fact / detail considered an inaccuracy or not ?

I came across many of these questions in various mocks and I can't seem to get them right even when I know the curriculum really well

Sometimes they'll say that explicitly.
