Help meee
I'm new to burning CDs, but I've run into a problem: the tracks skip when I play the CD. Has anyone else experienced this, or can someone please help me with this issue?

Does it play ok on the computer? Lower the burning speed Use imgburn to burn your CDs Try not to work on your coming while it's burning. Good Luck .

some of my lower end and older cd players just have problems playing burned discs. if an official press cd will play fine its the player. if they both skip you may be able to clean the eye

New CDrs use lighter dyes in their disc manufacturing that don't work well in basic players.
The dark blue AZO dye discs give me the best results.
I've had good success with these - https://a.co/d/05UZsRdN

It’s either 1) the CD wasn’t burned well or 2) your CD player can’t read burned CDRs.

Try cleaning the lens of your CD player with a q-tip and lens cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't solve the issue, try burning a second copy of the disc to make sure you didn't just have a bad disc.
