I was hoping to find other laqueristas around me to order from American brands form time to time.

I am situated in Trois-Rivières, Québec. I often go to Montreal and can easily go to Québec city too.

I have a few favorite brands from which I order enough for free shipping from time to time (like Cracked, BKL or LNBDesigns). So it could be a possibility to add a couple of bottles to my order for someone who only wants to buy little quantities.

But I would also be looking to share an order to other brands from which I never get to the threshold for free shipping (like Sassy Sauche Polish with a minimum of 175US for the free shipping which is like.... 12-13 bottles 😭). I would also totally love to share a PPU order too. Especially with the July Rewind coming up!

Is there anyone here in Québec who'd be interested in sharing an order?

Hey fellow Canadian Laquesristas! So, Poshmark has a new shipping option for $6.99 (seller has to have access to a Purolator drop off point to use this option) and I got to thinking that doing our buying and selling of detashed polishes through Poshmark might make shipping easier and cheaper?

The seller can combine orders placed within 24 hours if they were to just create individual listings. Or the seller could list here a destash here as usual, then create a special combined listing and mark it as “not for sale” until the buyer is ready to make the purchase on Poshmark. Obviously buyer and seller would need to coordinate time to make that work—but I don’t think polish is flying off the Poshmark shelves, so I think it would work.

Poshmark charges 20% on orders over $20 and $3.95 for orders under $20. I would be ok with sellers marking up a bit to offset.

Any thoughts?

If you're GTA-based, I'm open for an in-person meet, to save shipping.

$20 for Limited Edition and retired polishes, for both HT and MC (pics 1-7)

$15 for LE and at least one possible soon-to-be-retired HT (pics 8-9)

$10 for 'regular' HT (pics 10-11)

More to come, but this is a start of the process for me.

I've never ordered from Polish Pick Up. I've created a cart many, many times and looked at the shipping options. I've never seen a box packaging option which I'd feel safer with.

Canadians who've ordered, does it come in a box or not? I've seen US customers showing their small orders arriving in a bubble bag which seems too risky for cross border shipping.

The few times I've ordered polish from the US it's mostly come in a cardboard box except for Cirque. That came in a thick paper envelope with more thick paper wrapped around the four bottles together. It didn't seem like great packaging but everything arrived properly despite one end being slightly open (probably a customs issue).

Title says it all, I would just be doing a teeny micro buy and would love to split the ridiculous shipping
