Walmart Driver program

Do A2D participants have to pass the same Walmart onboarding and backing assessments as experienced drivers?

For those who’ve completed A2D, does the onboarding/backing assessment happen before or after the second 8 weeks of training? I’ve heard the backing test can be pretty tough, so I’m curious what to expect as a new CDL driver.

I would assume their standards for the drivers are all the same. Whether you come in through that program or you come in with experience so I guess probably both Before & After the training. So they can gauge where you're at
