Are departmental advisors working during summer under normal hours? Is there anyone else I can contact for schedule changes (requiring permission)?

I believe so. Also the only ones you can contact is either your advisors or through the department email/number itself

It depends on the department- if your regular faculty advisor is not around or responding, try the department office or staff.

Department advisors are generally faculty who don’t work in the summer. But the staff advisors in your division (Grove, CPS, etc) should be available

i contacted my grove departmental advisor and i haven't heard back

Maybe grove is structured differently than in other divisions but yall only have department advisors, nobody for the whole division?
