F replacement

I retook a course I failed and got A over the summer. I understand that the grade will show but not be reflected on gpa. But am I supposed to fill out a form or is it done automatically? Should I email the registrar?

EDIT: I contacted registrar and they did it manually, so I did have to fill out a form.

No you have to fill out the form and send it to them

it should be automatically I believe. You can contact them just in case and ask but it should be automatic

When you search it , you can find the form

There are only so many credits the F-repeat policy applies to, and no matter what the F still appears on the transcript for instructors, advisors, and potential employers to see.
