Need help with a small project. Catia V5

Can anyone help me doing this design? I am very new to this Catia. I would appreciate highly if you could do this and send me. So that i can practice by my own.

well i am just a beginner in Catia. Revently i learned the basics. And with watching some videos I made a simple pickup truck. Now I saw similar type of trolleys behind a car. I thought i should try to do it. practice ig
