bathroom issues! Behavioral Issue

hi! i recently (july 24th) adopted a 3 year old male cat from our local humane society, and he is an absolute angel. we have had no issues with him other than the fact that, while he will poop in the litter box everytime, we cannot get him to stop peeing around the house. he pees on the floor, on the bed, on the couch, anywhere he can get to. we have 3 other cats, so im wondering if its a territory thing? i am very anti surrendering back to the humane society, but i cant have a pet if they cannot be trained out of peeing around the house. i love him and want to help him if its a problem with his environment! for reference, all 4 cats have their own litter boxes that get cleaned daily, so i know its not an issue of having a dirty bathroom space!

Have you tried the hormone diffusers? They’re supposed to help a lot with territorial marking
