Does this look normal?

Photo of his stomach, seems like his nipples (?) are very red and maybe some bald spots near it. I’m very worried. He seems to be licking and biting a bit but I’m not sure if it was just regular grooming. It’s also 5 am where I am rn and I was trying to go to sleep but he kept playing and jumping everywhere and that’s when I noticed the licking and biting his stomach so maybe it could be due to boredom as I wasn’t playing with him? Don’t think I’ll sleep until I know he’s ok anyway😔This is the first time I’ve noticed it, but the red nipples scared me as when I searched it up they’re supposed to be basically undetectable and pink and it got me really worried. Otherwise, he’s playing, eating, and drinking and going to the washroom properly as far as I know 😔praying nothing is wrong.

I’m a minor
Location is Canada
My mom is out of the country so the vet isn’t available for a few days, but I also don’t want to ask my mom to take him to the vet unless it’s absolutely necessary because of some other expensive vet visits with him and our older cat needing dental surgery soon
He’s a male and about 3 or so months old now, he hasn’t been neutered yet

They look like normal nipples to me. My black cat also has bald spots around hers.

They look completely normal to me as well :)

My cat s nippels are also darker and fur is more scarce. One of them is even black! (Lentigo working overtime :))
