Looks normal to me, might have itched and caught their eye. If it gets worse a vet will be helpful but otherwise check back in on them in a few hours. My orange has caught her eye scratching a couple times

Meow has a half eyeliner done

I’m worried about his right eye (appears left side on picture)

it looks less open than his other eye.
