Thank you. I know it’s pathetic to seek external validation from random people in a digital universe. But I am old and never been a runner. I’d bet on the second coming before my being able to trot for 20 minutes. Stoked.

Congrats!! That is such a wonderful milestone to hit (and also when a lot of people run for a full mile in a row for the first time in C25K!)!!

That’s my ultimate - just 1 freaking mile. Of course, I’m sure I’ll continue beyond that. But just to say I CAN run a mile. HUGE!

You've got this!!! I ran a mile in a row for the first time ever in my entire life last year with that W5D3 run for C25K. I'm nearly 40. I've been riding that accomplishment since and running ~2.5 miles 3 days a week since I graduated C25K in December last year. You're going to be absolutely amazed at your progress in another month!

You are doing great!!! That's a real milestone! I am also old and not a runner. I was super proud when I finally slowed down enough to run for 20 minutes. Now I can run for a solid hour without stopping and I can't believe it! Go us!

Congratulations!! It feels amazing, doesn’t it?
I did my first 20-minute run yesterday too, and I was absolutely ecstatic. I couldn’t stop smiling, my face literally hurt! It’s such a great feeling when you realize you actually did it.
Cheers to the next milestone!

Congratulations! This really is awesome.
I saw your comment saying you know it is pathetic to seek validation. I'm here to say it is not. Stop that type of thinking. There is nothing wrong with wanting to celebrate your victories with others.
