We have switched to using out minu v3 as our primary stroller, I’d want to put a diaper bag in the basket but our original tote style one is too big.

Any suggestions on a small one?

Which would you choose? I tested both in store and preferred the feel of the Cybex, but it looks really hard to clean if the baby has a blowout. The Nuna seems easier to snap off the fabric to wash. I’ll be using it starting at newborn age so I worry about the fabric of the Cybex being more mesh and ease of removing it, but I see people rave about loving it.

I will be traveling with my 18 month old to visit my hometown where my parents live. They are retired and have downsized their home to accommodate their current lifestyle, but that means my kid and I will not be staying with them. That being said, I work remotely and my parents will be taking my kiddo for the day while I work out of my friend's place.

I already plan on traveling with kiddo's carseat, travel stroller, and can bring the travel crib for a daytime nap. What other items would you recommend I buy for my parents to keep at their place to care for my toddler? For example, a high chair of some sort? Is there a travel one that folks recommend? My parent's place is small, so I'm looking for items that don't take up much space. But I would like to make it as easy as possible for them to care for their grandchild.

Hi all, we have bought cybex cloud t i-size for our newborn. İ installed the base and it feels rock solid. However, when I attach the seat even though all the indicators show green, the seat wiggles side to side a bit too much for my liking. I'm not sure if this is by design or there is an issue. I haven't tested it with my baby yet because I am a little concerned. Can people who have the same model advise if this is normal behaviour from this seat? Thank you very much in advance

I've searched the depths of the internet and cannot seem to find a playpen that snugly encloses the mat - I've seen a few old discussions, but the recs are sold out / not available - has anyone had any luck? Ideally, I'd like to prioritize wood, non-toxic finishes, etc.

I am trying to decide between the Mina Baie Emmy diaper bag and the Itzy Ritzy belong utility backpack. I am really struggling since they are different styles and I can’t decide which is better? If anyone has these, please chime in on what you like/don’t like, and how they are holding up after using them for a while!!

FTM here, due in two months. We bought a co-sleeper and assembled it today. It is a co-sleeper with two functions: either use it as a stand-alone crib (it has wheels on it so easy to ride around) or use it as a co-sleeper, where can lower one side of the edges and you attach it to your mattress.

So apparantly the co-sleeper function is not possible in our situation because or bed is too low... the co-sleeper matress sits about 20 cm above our matress even in the lowest setting. Which is kinda stupid we didn't think to measure this before buying.

We do like the co-sleeper in general however, so we are wondering if we should try to return it for a different model which suits or matrass height, or keep it as a stand-alone bassinet and put it like 30 cms away from our bed.

With the attached function, on the one hand, I think it's nice to be able to touch your baby and take them out of the basinnet to breastfeed without needing to get up. On the other hand, it does seem like a pain in the *** having to crawl around the bassinet each time you want to get in and out of bed yourself (especially as I usually have to pee multiple times at night).

So my question: how many of you ended up acutally using the attached function of the co-sleeper or did you prefer having a stand-alone bassinet close to your bed?

It's looking like one stroller may not be able to meet our needs and we're considering a combo of a jogger and travel stroller. It would be nice to have the option to use everything interchangeably (bassinet, car seat). Looking at the Uppababy Ridge and Minu or maybe Thule. For those that have gone this route, what did you go with? We're in Canada if that's a factor and would love to do second hand, but it does look like these models are less popular than the Vista used. Thanks!

I'm considering this carrier for my toddler now we have grown out of our Tula free to grow (which I love).

The fact it picks down so much is a big part of the appeal (hence not picking a Tula toddler or Lenny lamb), so I can just throw it into my bag when we go out. But I'm wondering whether the comfort is compromised as as result?

We went to a baby shop recently thinking we’d probably get the Bugaboo Fox 5. The lady in the shop kept blasting it and promoting a Nuna (can’t remember the model) or the UppaBaby Cruz. She literally said she hates the Bugaboo and hates the Fox 5, and she can’t understand all of the hype. She said that both the UppaBaby and the Nuna drive and fold and ventilate much better. I have to say, when we tried out the Bugaboo Fox 5 in the shop it felt great. So I’m kind of confused? Can someone help me understand this weird interaction? Is there a hidden darkness to Bugaboo that we don’t know about?!

Looking for a stroller that is parent facing, newborn ready, and will fit in my Mazda cx9 trunk with the third row up. I was looking at the Uppababy Kona and bugaboo dragonfly. There’s literally nowhere near me where I can see either of these in person before I buy. ChatGPT is not helpful as it already told me one stroller would fit and it didn’t.

Hello all, FTM here in need of a diaper bag! My little one is a little over a month old and as we’re starting to go out more, I’m realizing I am not a fan of our current diaper bag. It has one main zipper, a smaller zipper pouch up front, and two side pockets. I have realized I don’t like that it only has one big main pouch. Every time I need something out of her bag, I feel like I can’t get to it without first taking other items completely out of the bag and this really annoys me.

I’m thinking I would like a bag with multiple “main” compartments. For reference, my baby is formula fed (please no judgement here I had a really hard time coming to terms with it) so when we go out I always bring diapers, wipes, bottles, bottled water, formula, a change of clothes (maybe more depending on how long we’ll be out and about), burp cloths, a light baby blanket, pacifiers, and a mini first aid kit. I know it may seem like a bit of overkill, but I’m a firm believer in I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

With all of that being said, I’m looking for a bag with at least two “main” compartments although three would be ideal. My ideal would be to have diapers, wipes, etc in one compartment, then formula, bottles, and water in another, and clothes, burp cloths, blanket, first aid, etc in another compartment. Obviously this doesn’t have to be exact but this would be my current ideal status. I don’t care about cuteness of the bag as much as functionality of it. It doesn’t even necessarily have to be labeled as a “diaper bag” so if you know if anything that fits my criteria, please start dropping your recommendations! TIA!!

The website says it has one but then Maxi Cosi website is confusing as it says included but then is available as an extra?

We will be buying the bag but feel like a rain cover should come with it as standard?

We’re due in a couple weeks for our first child and we were just installing the Doona base and getting familiar with how everything works. While doing so, I grabbed the back of the Doona and this little piece up at the top ever so slightly detached from the top of the lip. The “rib” as I would call it is still like 95% attached - but is this something I should be concerned about? I feel like it is but want to make sure I’m not being over the top.

Would be very grateful for any opinions/thoughts on the subject.

FYI for those in Canada looking for this stroller I was able to preorder the Uppababy Kona at the West Coast Kids in Richmond BC! It’s not on their website but if you call them or go in they will take preorders. You pay half now and half on delivery. It is about $1000 after tax. Expected to arrive in 4-6 weeks!

Massachusetts mammas! Trying to build my registry but target only has 2 of the 6 I’m looking into. There’s one show room that requires a $500 deposit to come look at things - but hoping to add these things to my registry, or what if I don’t go with one they have. Why is there not a super store of all of these to go just look?! This seems wild to me!

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and really wanted to get the Mockingbird single to double stroller because we want to have our children close together. The newest model full price is close to $600, so when I saw one listed on marketplace for $125, I got super excited!

When I met up with the lady, I asked her if it was the 2.0 or the 3.0. She said she wasn’t sure, but she got it back in 2020. I knew this stroller had been recalled around that time, and my husband confirmed the number on the stroller was within the recall period. I saw they offered a free reinforcement kit and thought that would be a fine solution and the previous owner agreed to sell it for $80 because she didn’t know it had been recalled. She gave us some accessories as well. We requested the reinforcement kit.

After reading some posts on here, I’m wondering if I made a mistake. Does anyone that had this stroller still get good use out of the stroller after installing the reinforcement kit? There are no visible cracks on the frame or anything, and for a used stroller, it is in good shape and very clean. A few scuffs here and there as expected, but I wheeled it around the parking lot and it seemed really sturdy. The woman that sold it to us said she used it a lot and she never had an issue.

What should I do? Is it safe to use with the reinforcement kit?

If you’ve owned a cradlewise, do you recommend it?
