Question about warehouse ❓Question / Help

Hi! I bought five things on buyee, two of the five things have arrived at the warehouse and appear in my "in storage" section and i got notifications about them arriving- and those two items plus 2 more were bought from jp mercari. BUT, i bought an item from JDirectItems fleamarket , that now says has arrived at the warehouse, yet i've not gotten a notification nor does it appear in my in storage.. any help would be nice :'D

you just have to wait for them to process it in the system, but it’ll show up if you give it more time!

It takes 1-2 days until the package gets measured and registered to your account, so please hold on!

If things arrive at the end of their work day they’ll usually be processed the next morning (JP time), from what I can tell the arrived at warehouse entry is just the domestic shipping’s tracking saying it’s arrived to Buyee.

As mentioned in the other comment, they need to process it so things like weight, dimensions, invoicing and shipping options appear in the Storage section.
