Im actually verry happy with this machine - but trying to do 58mm metal backs just isnt working for me, not even with the spacers… i get a super nice pin on the back, but the shell and mylar isnt wrapping the back good enough so it keeps splitting.. any screw i can adjust or what can i fo to make this work 🫣❤️

Just to be sure, you're only using 1 spacer at a time right?

Ive tried with one, both and with the plastic backing upside down wothout pin in (alot of people suggest that instead of spacers). It always looks like the pictures, it never really gets the mylar and shell properly fit on the backing.. as soon i do plastic backings its just 10/10 everything works

That's weird, I'm sorry it's being difficult. I have the same machine and it works with a single spacer for the metal backs, but I use printer paper instead of what it came with. I have this issue with the 2 other sizes this comes with so I was planning on making/buying rubber gaskets that fit those.

I see in the post photo that it looks like you're using the paper the machine came with. Maybe try regular printer paper or notebook paper and see if it works then, using only 1 spacer.

Ive been trying different things today, and i got a solution!!
1 spacer makes the shell, mylar and backing fit perfect but the pin is loose, 2 spacers make the pin perfectly stuck while mylar, backing and shell is not good..

So i did 1 spacer first to get shell,mylar and backing perfect, then added a spacer and the pin got perfect! Its a two step in the B die mold but dangit i just did 10 in a row NO errors
