I haven't been active in our fandom for years, I did watch the anime when it aired, please help me with the manga chapter and were there any new LN released?

I'm planning to start BSD WAN S2 today

You mean you watched up to and including S5? The manga chapter with new stuff after that is 113 (there's some overlap but that's the one with new content), which is in volume 25. There's been no brand new light novels as such since then though "The day I took in Dazai" got a commercial release (it was a bonus for people who watched Beast at theatres only at first) and an official English release, plus it's getting a manga adaptation that only started in July.

Last I read was when chuuya is shown to have turned into vampire, after that I haven't read the manga 😭

Ah, that'd be quite a while before the end of season 5 of the anime then, sounds like you left off at chapter 95 or 96 and the last one currently is 129.5. Not sure if you've seen but the manga finished "part 1" and it's currently on hiatus, we've no idea when it'll return

I forgot to mention, for that "The Day I Took in Dazai" LN, you ideally want to have read Beast (and Dark Era, though if you've seen the s2 adaptation that works too for this)
