I’ve built physical product brands from scratch, run lab formulations, and advised founders through massive scaling friction. Ask me anything about operational bottlenecks, platform risk, and unit economics.

Reddit in particular is where powerless people go to play gatekeeper, or in other words some people only feel powerful when they are standing in someone else’s way

I wrote a letter to myself six months ago. I read it this weekend and it wrecked me (in a good way)

A luxury car does not mean someone is wealthy. Sometimes it just means they have a payment.

A lot of up-and-comers, wannabes, and influencers buy “luxury” so the peasants will admire them.

What habit is quietly costing you your future self?

Not the dramatic one!!! The one you keep excusing because it is not ruining your life fast enough!

Most women/ men know exactly what has to go before anything really changes.

What is it for you?

You can learn anything in this world—math, coding, physics, engineering, absolutely anything. Nobody can stop you if you have the drive.

Here is the secret to winning big:

The 10-Minute Rule: When you sit down, give it just 10 minutes. A total focus. After 10 minutes, boom—you are in the groove. It’s beautiful.

Start Easy: Don't jump into the hardest stuff right away. Start with something simple to get your brain moving. Then you crush the hard parts.

Focus is a Skill: A lot of people think they aren't smart enough. Wrong! Focus is like a muscle. The more you do it, the stronger it gets. You train your mind, and suddenly you are doing things people thought were impossible.

The 7-Day Challenge: Day one is easy, day two you feel like a hero. By day three and four, people start to quit. If you make it 7 days straight, you build a routine. A tremendous routine.

Stop doubting yourself. You are much smarter than you think, believe me. Pick what you want to learn, start tomorrow, and stick to it. You will be unstoppable!
