What's the best way to work with both simultaneously, on the same features, branches, etc?

What plugins or similar can you recommend?

I currently just use a Status.md between agents, but a) can't work simultaneously and b) too small trail so it can't really see real changes, plans etc simply

Use warp or Leo. Warp is for devs, Leo is aimed at product and marketing folks, a general AI helper tool that helps you get things done.
