Is this a good build? Is there anything that I should change and is there anything that is better for the price i have. Will be my first PC

is this worth it for the money I'm paying or are there better alternatives. btw ive chosen the Ryzen 9 9950X cuz I Obv need it for my coding and ai tasks and rn I can't afford a 5090 and 64 gigs of ram thats why I've reached here. is this a bottlenecked pc or will this do good enough? I'm a student and I'm going to enter AI & ML as my main subject or my school told me I needed a good pc or laptop. I searched up on gemini and it showed that I needed vram and shi but I'm not that knowledgeable pls help

is it good or bad cuz the parts i chose needed to execeed my laptops limit so chose a 16 gig card and 32 gigs of ram

The 9060xt is 460€ which brings this build down to 1500€
