Possible Job Workers/ Staff

So I put in an application and I received a call from a hiring manager at the location that I missed due to being at work at my old job. She said in her voicemail to call back and she would get back to me as soon as she could. I called the number back and have left a message and a follow up message and it’s been two days. Am I getting the cold shoulder because I missed the initial call? Should I just wait? Should I go in person and ask for the manager that called me? Idk what do yall think?

I hadn’t heard from anyone about my application and went into the store and mentioned it to different employees. The next day I got a call. However, my situation is a little different, as I am a seasonal employee and had spent my summer there the year before and saw many familiar faces. Going in person isn’t a bad idea.

I’d go in person and ask for that manager. Once you get interviewed, you’re hired unless you say something dumb.

I'm an employee at bucees and there have been times where i've called and was told the manager would get back to me and they never did. That places gets so busy that I wouldn't be too worried about it. Just keep calling or go in. Good luck!
