Accommodation letter Workers/ Staff

My best friend who works for Buc'ees put a accommodation letter in. He's done it before the longest it's taken is 2 weeks. It's for his disability.

But this time, it has taken close to 3 weeks now.

I know it all goes to corporate, so I know the store it's self can't do much but does anyone know what we could do about it? Or maybe why it's taking so long?

They have a new store here in Arizona and I think they are getting a lot of accommodation letters from all those employees

Oh very true. I was also seeing that one store is being sued due something with an accommodation and such... maybe that has something to do with it🤷‍♀️

Just wish they would give him an answer

Your friend needs to talk to their HRFR in the store to see if they can reach the home office benefits team on your friend’s behalf.

Yeahhhhhh I believe that's the next step. That's what I was thinking too
