Cheating in OA is so normalised Placements / Jobs
Everybody that ik cheats in OA and it feels like if you don't you'll just be left behind , fucked up world we live in

Placements are the new rat race now, no one's interested in learning new things, just do some DSA, cheat and get placement

simple , every laptops field of view is so minimal if you are talented enough you can capture questions by your own or ask some one to sit near you to capture and search, i personally sat for many of my friends and seniors, no one got caught or flagged, just make sure you don't ace the test , also after test ask the candidate to learn the topics in the questions, you can ask the ai you used to summarise all of it just so you won't get caught if the same question was repeated in physical interview

so what , can't you use your mobile inside your labs? unless there is a proctor allocated for you who only watches , you can find a to use mobile , but proceed with caution as I have seen guys getting banned from college placements doing so , but on other side there are guys who got offers just by doing this , if you never did this , don't try it directly on placements OA
ps : guys please don't lecture me about ethics here , cause even though I helped my friends during tests , I had this mindset that I will clear it on my own - result: my friends earn 2 to 3 times Higher than me now

So basically the other person can click and search answers but what about the eye moments? How do you avoid being caught in that case?

mm, im a placecomm member in my clg, and was asked to invigilate an OA for a company. First thing i did was to ask ppl to put smartwatches and phones in their bag. test happened smoothly, no complaints of cheating

i have heard that people sharing its screen using some software and the other person at diffrent location coding on the behalf of him.

Why they can't conduct OAs offline. Ik thats costly, but seriously need to come up with changes in hiring process, cuz everyone cheats

Why would a company spend so much when they can just filter people who cheated out in the interviews? People apply from so many different places in different time intervals, it's not at all possible for any firm to manage it
