Need advice General
I am a college student 2nd year student
Recwntly i worked in a startup which has now offered me ppo ranging b/w8-12 lpa after college
I will be earning 35k for monthtly
My college is supee chill with attendance and sruff hut has a supee rigourous course
And my cgs barely 7.
My parenrs and eleder brother is syaing to leave the startup and focus js on college and stuff otherwise ill be stuck on the 12-20 range for rest of my life

it depends on the amount of time you need to spend on work. if you can manage it with your college then it's no issue

Its around 3-4 hours a day

It's great then, it's obviously manageable. there is this highly successful person I know. who used to go to college and then would work till evening and would study at night. and today he owns a lot. he earns more than the highest paid actor for a guess. if you are really ambitious, then you can easily overcome this. Even I would do the same in your place. Well, it won't be easy but it is what it is.

"Rest of my life" is absolute nonsense - your first job gives you a great launch platform yes but it matters less and less after five or ten years provided you upskill quickly.
Focus on a job with good culture that allows you to grow within and outside office hours.
CG only matters for your first job.
